Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to [email protected] so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf whilst we get a replacement delivered back to you.
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase, and with receipt. Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and covering all shipping costs of item(s) back to the relevant return address. Please note, the original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. Refunds can take up to 14 business days after receipt of the product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection.
